Program Description
SBOSMC-PT offers individual and group fitness training for clients of all levels. A comprehensive fitness assessment will be conducted on the first visit in which a fitness program will be created. Following sessions will include individual or group training with a member of our fitness team. The comprehensive 3 phase program allows clients of all fitness levels to progress at their own pace. Program Phases
Phase I (Beginner)
This phase introduces the client to a basic program of circuit training, flexibility, cardiovascular conditioning, and basic nutrition. The focus is to build a basic level of fitness and prepare the client for more intermediate activity.
Phase II (Intermediate)
This phase introduces the client to more intermediate activity including free weights, interval training, advanced flexibility, and injury prevention. The focus is to build an intermediate level of fitness and prepare the client for higher level athletic activity.
Phase III (Advanced)
This phase introduces the client to advanced athletic activity that is designed to enhance performance for the chosen activity or sport. Training may include speed/agility training, strength & conditioning, balance training, power lifting, and plyometrics. The focus is to build an advanced level of fitness that is specific to the clients goals.
